Bob Adam’s Towing regularly conducts public auctions of cars, pickup trucks and SUVS. All vehicles are properly documented, and we follow all local and state auction laws and guidelines.

Bob Adams Towing Auction Disclaimer
- All bidders must be registered in the office prior to start of auction. In order to become a registered bidder and receive a bidder number, each applicant must possess valid ID.
- Registered bidders will be allowed to preview vehicles to be auctioned beginning at 9am on date of auction.
- This is a Police Auction. Vehicles up for auction are deemed abandoned by the Michigan Secretary of State for local Police Departments. Vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder over and above towing & storage. Bids under towing & storage charges will be at the discretion of the custodian.
- Vehicles are sold ‘as is’ condition with no warranty of any type or kind. There is no guarantee of anything, with any vehicle bought. No vehicle will be taken back for any reason.
- Registered bidders, bidding on vehicles, must pay cash in full at completion of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. If no deposit is left the vehicle will be re-auctioned at that time or at the discretion of the custodian.
- Auction vehicles must be removed within 48hrs after the auction. Vehicles not removed from the property will be charged $30 per calendar day. Vehicles not picked up within 48hrs will be forfeited and placed in the next upcoming auction. No refunds will be given to the buyer after the allotted time has expired.
- Bob Adams Towing has the right to remove any person who does not comply with the above rules and will be banned from any future auctions.
